What can I expect in class?

  • Each class is about 30 minutes long
  • Every class is different so we hit a variety of fitness components: strength, cardio, agility, endurance, functional training, circuit training, etc.
  • Modifications for athletes of every level (beginner-advanced)
  • In order to get the most out of our short 30 minute class, there are no breaks built in. Listen to your body and take breaks as needed. There are no egos here!

What do I bring?

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes
  • Water bottle
  • No outside shoes allowed on the mats. You are welcome to bring clean-bottom gym shoes to wear on the Krav Maga mats only (no shoes allowed on the Jiu-Jitsu mats)
  • A buddy to carry you home after you smash your workout
